Dr. Nimrat Singh lives in the world of possibilities and excites others to believe in their own uniqueness. By education, she holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. She has played a pioneering role in formalizing the field of counseling and career guidance in Ahmedabad. She was instrumental in starting the first Counselling Centre of the city in 1996.

Deeply committed to helping people realize their fullest potential, she has, over the years, built her expertise in conceptualizing, designing and facilitating creative and unique learning experiences with key focus on students, teachers, parents and managers. She has conducted over 400 workshops on Change and Transformation, Organization Development Intervention, Effective Study Habits, and Career Counselling. She has touched the lives of over 3 lakhs families through counselling, assessing, interviewing, training and teaching activities.

Dr. Nimrat is a licensed practitioner by the Hogan Assessments and the California Psychological Inventory. She is a psychotherapist trained in CBT*, NLP* and ISTDP*. She is a RCI and IACP certified Psychologist and a Behavioral Scientist from Sumedhas. She spends time working with schools, parents, and CSR projects. She has been a columnist for the Times of India and contributes articles to newspaper and magazines. She has authored a book titled 'Proactive Parenting', which is now being translated into Gujarati. She is passionate about wild-life photography and traveling.

Parvinder Singh is a commerce graduate from Calcutta, specializing in the printing industry. He attended phase-I of Sumedhas and has completed the certificate course in Counseling Skills conducted by Tangram. He has completed his course - Action at Landmark Forum as well. He continues to provide IT support, develops software, and handles the administration, finance and accounts of Tangram alongside heading operations of a 100 crore Dye and Chemical Company.

He has worked with the Tangram Team as a Trainer at a number of institutes like NIFT, NIRMA, NID, MICA, AMA, MUDRA, TORRENT, and Edutech to name a few. He has been working as a counselor and coordinator for institutes such as Busy Education, Fairdeal Travels, Global Education, and Brain Mark since 2008.His interests lie in reading and understanding people-related processes.

Yesha Dave, is a Post Graduate in Psychology from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad and has worked with Tangram from its inception. She has completed two levels of learning the French language. She has also been a part of the Certificate and Advanced course in counseling skills.

Her interest lies in reading, observing, understanding human behavior and continuing the process of learning. She is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi. She is competent for conducting psychometric tests, interpreting them and providing individual counseling. Her strength lies in her ability to conduct behavioural skill workshops for students, teachers and parents.

Alisha Zaveri graduated Psychology from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad and is currently pursuing her MSW (Masters in Social Work) from the Mahatma Gandhi Labor Institute (MGLI). She is associated to Tangram from the past 5 years and has been part of the Basic Certificate course in Counseling Skills and Personal Growth. She has also attended other workshops in Clinical and Counseling fields.

She plans to pursue higher studies in the same field and believes that this practical knowledge will be of immense help while learning theory. Her interest lies in observing and understanding Human Behavior, Human Resources and Public Relations. She is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi. She is experienced for conducting psychometric tests as well as conducting parental sessions.

She has co-facilitated soft skill workshops held for students (and teachers) from different streams and institutes under the mentorship of Dr. Nimrat Singh.

Nikita. S. Variyani is an M.Phil. student from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University and is currently working as a Clinical Psychologist at Tangram. She plans to pursue higher studies in the same field. She is fluent in English and Hindi. She is competent for conducting psychometric tests, interpretation and counseling with students and parents.

Her interest lies in observing and understanding human behavior and doing research in the field of human psychology. She has presented her research papers at three national psychologist conferences.

Priya Kulkarni is a graduate in Sociology from M.S. University, Baroda and has been working with Tangram since the last 7 years. She has completed the certificate course in Counseling Skills conducted by Tangram.

She heads the administration team in Tangram where she takes care of all the office work along with handling clients. She is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi. Her major strength is working with software.

Her interest lies in knowing different people and playing Badminton. She has played a pivotal role in setting systems related to accounts, software and HR at Tangram.
