Diagnostic Studies


A diagnostic study highlights the current business and people status of the organisation. A holistic understating of the organisation is acquired and new processes can be initiated in the organisation to build a culture, which is dynamic and excellence oriented.

Methodology


Individual meetings with the key people. Beginning with the leadership, top managers and functional heads. · Group meetings with junior managers, supervisors and officers in group of five to fifteen. The meetings are open ended wherein the employees share their experience of the organisation, people, systems and structure.

Deliverables


A Comprehensive Report · Presentation of Report to the top and senior management · Recommendations · Review after six months.
