Aptitude is the capacity to learn readily and to achieve a high level of skill in a specific area such as music, maths, engineering, architecture, drawing, visualization, psychomotor to name a few. It is a person’s hidden potentials and strengths.
Interest is the likings of the person. He would like to do activities in which he has interest.
Personality is that part of the character or qualities (structures, modes of behaviour, interests, attitude, abilities and aptitude) which others see in a person.
Intelligence is a complex term dealing with the ability of a person to adapt to novel situation. It often involves an ability to utilize abstract concepts and to learn and grasp novel relationships.
